The community came together for an evening of connection, celebration, and neighborhood pride at the 61st Precinct’s 2025 Annual Night Out event. This year’s gathering was especially memorable, bringing together families, local organizations, businesses, and community leaders for a large-scale celebration that transformed the neighborhood. The event created a safe, welcoming space where residents could come together and enjoy everything the evening had to offer.
ACW proudly hosted an information table to connect with residents and share an important message: strong communities are built through togetherness. By working side by side, looking out for one another, and staying engaged, neighbors play a vital role in creating a safer community for everyone.
We invited community members to become volunteers and participate in our patrols. Volunteering is a meaningful way for residents to take an active role in helping keep their neighborhoods safe, support their neighbors, and strengthen the sense of unity that makes our community thrive.
Events like National Night Out remind us that public safety is a shared responsibility. When residents, community organizations, and local law enforcement come together, they build relationships, foster trust, and create a stronger, safer neighborhood for all. ACW is grateful to have been part of this incredible event and looks forward to continuing to work alongside our community throughout the year.
